30 DAYS: The CANUSA return policy is valid from 30 days when you receive your package. If 30 days have gone by since the day of receiving package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
FULL REFUND: To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
EXCHANGES: (if applicable) Exchanges can be made on open items and or items that have half the bottle still remaining, depending upon inspection. Exchanges can only be done if:
- Item is half used
- Item is opened
- If you change your mind on item before it ships out

REFUNDS: Please note that once we put a refund through on average it takes between 7 and 10 business days for it to show up in your account. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/exchanged. Please refer to this list
Return Processing Authorization (RPA): To complete your return, we require proof of purchase with first and last name and or your order number. Sale items (if applicable). If you purchase a sale item, your refund will be only the sale price, not the original price. If you are returning an order that contains a free item, the free item must be returned.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If item is free shipping, this will not be refunded as it is free shipping. This will be waived if your product is damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
